This is a list of all the weapons in The Dark Spire, and their respective damage and Bonus Hits.

Some weapons can be invoked during combat by using them under the items menu, while others are extremely effective against certain types of enemies. Check the footnotes for a list of all special properties.

Footnotes:

(1) Chance of inflict poison status effect on one enemy
(2) You may invoke Gekkou to cast random status effects on one group of enemies. Possible status effects include Sleep, Poison, Paralyze, Sick, Knock Down, Magic Absorb, Petrifacation, and Instant Death.
After every use as an item the Gekkou has a chance of disappearing permanently and being replaced by a Kogarasu Maru.
(3) You may invoke Kamikaze to cast a AoE spell on one single group of enemies dealing around 8-26 damage.
(4) You may invoke Magic Wand to cast sleep on all enemies.
After one use as an item the Magic Wand will disappear permanently.
(5) Chance of inflict poison status effect on one enemy. Deals a extra damage to demon type enemies.
(6) Deals a extra damage to werewolf type enemies
(7) You may invoke Spirit Sword to cure entire party of all status effects except Death.
After every use as an item the Spirit Sword has a chance of disappearing permanently and being replaced by a Rapier.
(8) You may invoke Tyrhung to cast a AoE spell on all enemies dealing around 20-45 damage.

Key:

Hits = Bonus Hits
P Dam = Potential Damage, taking into account Bonus Hits
Type = melee, back, or reach

-Melee: the weapon does not have back or reach.

-Back: the weapon can be used from the back row.

-Reach: the weapon can be used from the back row. If in the front row, the weapon can reach into the enemy's back row.

Most special attack types can only be used by a character with at least one level in Warrior.

Sw = Swift Attack (also usable by Thief)
Po = Power Attack
Pr = Precision Attack (also usable by Thief)
Lu = Lunge Attack
Ra = Rage Attack
Fi = Fierce Attack
Sw = Sweep Attack
Vo = Volley Attack

Swift Attack and Precision Attack are an exception, because they can be used by Thieves wearing appropriate equipment.

The chart above, sorted by maximum potential damage. Note that this does not take into account special attacks or effects, or the true average damage of the weapon. The items lower on the list are not automatically better than those above, this is simply a rough ranking.
